Trip to Steamboat Springs

Towards the Wyoming boarder and about 80 miles north is a place called Steamboat Springs, famous for hot springs (one which sounds like a steamboat hence the name), and also famous for it's champagne powder snow - out of season the town isn't that interesting but the drive there and back was lovely - we forgot to take many photos except when we stopped in the woods for a walk down to the creek to cool off and we made an amazing discovery........
